Sample preparation is one of the most elaborate and time-consuming process steps within dioxin and PCB analysis. Easy-to-use and at the same time reliable automation makes your work in the laboratory much simpler.

 

 

The LCTech System DEXTech is suitable for sample preparation for all types of dioxin and PCB analysis:


  • Food and feed samples, such as fish, meat, and fish oil, eggs, vegetable oils and animal feed mixtures,
  • environmental samples, such as soil, sewage sludge,sediments,
  • biological matrices, such as blood.

Put it on the table, plug it in, connect it to the solvents - the system is ready to go.

Easy to operate:

  1. "Just click it": clip columns to the holdings (no screws needed!). The device clamps the columns automatically.
  2. Connect collection flasks (e.g. rotary evaporator flasks) to tubing’s.
  3. Choose method on the touch display. 
  4. Inject sample into sample loop (15 mL).
  5. Press START button » process starts with conditioning of columns, loading sample onto the columns and fractionation.
  6. Wait for the acoustic signal that signalises the end of the process.


Sophisticated technology

The dioxin system has been designed and constructed for the everyday laboratory use. Its structure is simple. Accessibility and visual control of the solvent-carrying tubes, the valves, and the pump are cleverly implemented, allowing the user to view all elements at one glance.

The patented electrical locking mechanism closes the columns making it liquid-tight - no tools required and without screw connections.
